Meeting Planners
Step 1: Contact
Our Sales Department works in partnership with the Palm Springs Desert Resorts Convention
and Visitors Authority to book events into our facility. If you are interested in exploring dates
at the Palm Springs Convention Center, please call us directly at 800-333-7535 or submit a
request form
here.
Step 2: Contract
A Palm Springs Convention Center Sales Manager will be assigned to your event. They will walk you through the contract phase and help you plan your event.
Step 3: Create
Now that you have a signed contract, one of our Event Services Coordinators will be assigned to your event. This person is the number one player on the team. They will be assigned to work with you and your staff from initial planning through move out. The Event Services Coordinator is your key to a successful event.
